About Legacy E-Moto

Family Built. Locally Driven.

Legacy E-Moto was built around a shared passion for motorsports, electric bikes, and the kind of hands-on service that is getting harder to find. We are a North Florida family business focused on assembly, upgrades, maintenance, and practical buyer guidance.

Our Story

Started by Family. Built for Riders.

Legacy E-Moto was started by John Carlson and his sons, Colton and Colbie Carlson, through their shared passion for motorsports and the growing world of electric bikes and e-motos.

As they spent more time around the industry, they saw a missing piece in the local landscape: plenty of people were buying bikes online, but there were fewer reliable options nearby for assembly, upgrades, setup, and honest guidance after the purchase.

That gap led to the start of Legacy E-Moto — a business built to help riders in North Florida get their bikes set up the right way, with practical service, real-world experience, and a more personal approach than a generic online transaction.

What We Believe When someone spends real money on an electric bike or e-moto, they should have a trusted local resource who can help make sure it is assembled correctly, dialed in properly, and supported after the sale.
Our Home Shop

Lower Overhead. More Value.

We operate out of our shop at home, which helps us keep expenses lower and pass that value along to our customers. That means a cleaner, more efficient operation without the heavy overhead of a large retail location.

It also lets us focus on what matters most: careful assembly, real upgrade help, practical maintenance support, and convenient pickup and delivery for customers who want a smoother experience.

Why it matters: Legacy E-Moto is not trying to be a giant chain or a faceless website. We are building a local business rooted in trust, family, and a real passion for helping riders get more out of their electric bikes and e-motos.
